I will fall for anything with butternut squash (no pun intended). For a creamy, sweet, comfort food meal try Martha Stewart's Butternut Squash Sage Lasagna. The only thing I would do differently would be to use some half and half instead of heavy cream, and maybe try a light ricotta. The meal was delicious, but very rich.
